As a resident of Ithaca, David understands the dynamics of the community and can match your individual style and preferences to the home of your dreams. After college David held a series of progressive management positions with Marriott International and Starwood Hotel Group. This experience brought him to Ithaca after accepting a senior management position at Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration. Investing over a decade as a hospitality manager David learned to anticipate customer needs and how to consistently exceed their expectations. David combines passion for customer satisfaction, problem solving skills, and attention to detail to serve his real estate clients.
Background:
David was raised in a family of developers which led to his passion for real estate early on, ultimately manifesting itself professionally when he entered the business as a full time Realtor. Throughout David’s career in the hotel industry, he had the opportunity to live and work in all over the country including locations in Florida, California, and New York City. These moves resulted in several personal real estate transactions. David understands from experience the logistics and emotions of buying and selling and the challenges that arise with relocation.
